Steven is the son of the Managing Director. He has been with the company since 1997. Steven started on the shop floor being heavily involved in the production side and covering every aspect of the coating process. In 2003 his role changed so that he was in charge of the Paint shop with 20 staff working under his supervison. Since 2006 he has been General Manager overseeing the day to day running of our busy facility.
Paul has been with Aberdeen Blast since 2006 being primarily involved with the QA side of things. Paul also has his Nebosh certificate and is heavily involved with Health and Safety within the company. In Pauls previous employment in the financial industry he was very customer service orientated and has put these skills to good use within Aberdeen Blast being the first point of contact to make sure our customers are well looked after to help them achieve the best possible service.
Paul has been employed by Aberdeen Blast Cleaning since 2001 starting as an industrial spray painter.
After quickly rising through the ranks he was placed under the supervision of one of our senior inspectors to gain some experience and knowledge of the inspection side of the business, he quickly went on to gain his NACE level 1, NACE level 2 and ultimately FROSIO level 3 giving him a vast knowledge of all aspects of surface preparation and coating systems.
Paul has worked on several major contracts including but not limited to BP Kinneil and Clair ridge both at our premises and at the clients site.
